The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The reasons are listed under Non-accessible content.
Non-accessible content
- We have not yet checked the PDF documents (client documents, contract documentation, annual reports, the press release and the descriptions of the online tools). They may not be fully accessible, especially to screen readers. If you need the content of a document in another format, write to us and we will send it to you.
- The forms are protected by Google's reCAPTCHA service. It runs in the background and asks nothing of you. If it still prevents you from sending a form, write to us or call us.
What this statement does not cover
The InPortál and InSmart applications, which are intended for advisers, and electronic contract signing, which takes place on a third-party platform.
How we assessed accessibility
This statement is based on a self-assessment:
- automated testing with axe-core on all pages in all language versions, on desktop and mobile,
- automated keyboard-only testing in Chrome, Firefox and Safari,
- automated testing with the NVDA screen reader,
- testing zoom to 200 % and 400 % and reflow on narrow screens, including increased text spacing,
- a check of text contrast, including text on colour gradients.
